Anna Perkins, LMSW
I have dedicated more than 20 years to helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging circumstances. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adults, and veterans, providing compassionate, client-centered support tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences.
My professional experience includes working with individuals affected by PTSD and substance use disorders, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and addiction. I believe in creating a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach is grounded in compassion, understanding, and collaboration. I strive to meet each person where they are, help them identify their strengths, and work together toward practical goals that support greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.
Outside of my professional work, I value maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle. I enjoy spending time at the gym, particularly powerlifting, as well as spending quality time with my family and my dog. These activities provide opportunities to recharge, stay grounded, and maintain the perspective and energy I bring to my work. I am passionate about the work I do and remain committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals and families I serve.
