Cassy Blake, LSCSW
Cassy is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, adults, and veterans. She is also certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Animal Assisted Therapy with her certified therapy dog.
Cassy graduated with her Master of Social Work degree from Wichita State University in 2007. She has worked with a variety of populations, including children and families, medical patients, homeless individuals, caregivers, LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and survivors of domestic violence.
Cassy believes in highlighting client strengths and resiliencies to enhance coping skills, relationship building, and emotional regulation. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
Cassy’s goal is to help individuals reach their personal wellness goals, improve their day-to-day experiences, and empower them to improve their overall quality of life. She is passionate about providing compassionate and effective therapy that helps people live their best lives.
