    Chelsea Monette, LMFT-T

    Reaching out for support is a courageous step, and Chelsea deeply honors the decision to seek guidance. While many resources are available, she believes that healing is most powerful when guided by a trusted ally. It is her privilege to walk alongside clients, offering compassion, understanding, and empowerment.

    Chelsea is a Marriage and Family Therapist with a systemic approach to addressing life’s challenges. She considers the full context of a person’s experience, exploring both internal and external factors, such as generational patterns, societal influences, and personal history.Tailoring her approach to each individual, Chelsea integrates therapeutic modalities that address the mind, body, and spirit. Her work combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside her passion for the arts. She believes in the healing power of creativity and self-expression as vital tools for emotional growth and self-discovery.

    Chelsea earned her Bachelors in art and Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. She was honored with the Sheldon Louthan Award for her leadership and commitment to the values of therapy. Chelsea is also certified in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, offering specialized skills for strengthening relationships. She works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages (5 and up), adapting her approach to each person’s unique needs and goals. 

    Chelsea creates a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and heal. She is especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and is affirming of all identities and bodies. Chelsea holds each session as sacred, bringing her full presence to the therapeutic space. She is committed to helping clients navigate personal challenges, relationship issues, and family dynamics with care and dedication. Finding the right therapist is a personal journey, and
