With over 23 years of experience in schools and mental health, including 16 years working with adolescents, I specialize in helping people manage depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative and strength-based, using techniques from Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience and practical coping skills to support your well-being.
