Jessica Demaree-Morgan, LMSW
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale—a space that’s safe, supportive, and genuinely welcoming. My style is warm and straightforward. I’ll always meet you with compassion, and I’ll also be honest with you, offering gentle challenges when they can help you grow.
I work with teens and adults, and I have a special passion for supporting women who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or lonely in the many roles they juggle. So many women carry the weight of caregiving, relationships, work, and constant expectations while trying to meet everyone else’s needs. Therapy can be the one place where you get to slow down, be heard, and reconnect with who you are underneath all of that pressure.
I also work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, divorce, and suicide loss. These experiences can feel incredibly heavy, and it’s easy to think you have to handle them on your own. You don’t. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to walk alongside you—listening closely, helping you build coping skills, and supporting you as you move toward changes that feel meaningful and doable.
Along with my professional training, I bring personal experience with blended families, divorce, and suicide loss. These parts of my story help me show up with deeper compassion and a real understanding of how complex these experiences can be.
My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and more connected to a life that feels balanced, purposeful, and aligned with your values.
