• A Level Life

    Jordan Singh, LMFT

I believe therapy is most effective when it takes place in a warm, non-judgmental space, grounded in evidence-based practices, and guided by a therapist who respects each client’s autonomy, goals, and safety. With this foundation, therapy becomes a flexible and deeply personal process—shaped by the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family—while still providing a consistent structure for meaningful change and lasting growth. My goal as a therapist is to uphold these core values with every client, and in doing so, build a practice that is both impactful and compassionate.

I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and History from Bethel College, and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowen Family Systems, and Collaborative Therapy, though I tailor my methods to fit the unique circumstances of each client. I am also certified in Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy.

I work with adults (18 and older), including individuals, couples, and families, and I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or relational dynamics, I’m here to support you through whatever brings you to therapy.

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive environment where you are encouraged to express your thoughts and feelings freely. Together, we will identify goals and strategies that align with your needs and values. Whether you’re seeking in-person sessions or Telehealth, it would be an honor to walk alongside you during this part of your journey.
