Sasha is the co-owner of Level: Wellness • Mind, which she operates 5 locations across Kansas in Wichita (3 locations west, downtown & east), Topeka, and Lawrence, alongside her husband of 24 years, Shane.  

Sasha earned a Master of Social Work in 2005 and became a licensed clinical social worker in 2017. Over 18 years she worked as a dedicated school social worker, offering a wide range of services to support students’ social development, emotional resilience, and overall mental health. She is widely respected for her passionate advocacy and strong collaborations with educators, counselors, and administrators.

Sasha is excited to continue shaping a practice that is client- and staff-centered, fun, effective, ethical, and committed to meaningful mental health care.
