Megan understands that therapy can be intimidating, but she also knows that it can be incredibly helpful, so she makes it as comfortable and supportive as possible. She tailors her therapy to meet the specific needs of her clients, and she is committed to helping them reach their full potential.
Megan has experience working with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She is trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Megan believes that everyone has the ability to heal and grow. She is committed to helping her clients recognize their underlying problems, fully realize their strengths, and adjust certain thoughts and behaviors to see things in a more balanced and healthier way.
